OpenBMB open-sourced the MiniCPM-OCR suite: MiniCPM-OCR 1.0, a 1B document-parsing model, and MiniCPM-OCR Jev, a 2B model that checks the accuracy of any OCR parser's output. OpenBMB cites up to 128 pages per minute and day-0 support on Arm, Intel and NVIDIA.
Availability
Open weights on GitHub and Hugging Face, with quantized builds and support for vLLM, SGLang, llama.cpp and Ollama. An online demo and API are also offered; both models are Apache 2.0 licensed on Hugging Face.
