Official @ChatGPT: on 2026-10-14 GPT-5.5 leaves ChatGPT, ChatGPT Work, and Codex on all plans. Switch Codex use to GPT-5.6 Sol or GPT-6 Astra. @OpenAIDevs: GPT-5.5 remains on the API Platform and in Codex sessions authenticated with an API key. No matching Help article found at backfill time. Export important chats/data.
