OpenAI doubles usage limits for every Pro plan and Business Premium and drops the Pro 200 cut

OpenAI's Tibo says all usage limits are doubling now for Pro 100, Pro 200, Pro 500 and Business Premium. The planned Pro 200 cut is off, so Work and Codex usage stays the same. Dots keep their extra limits for now.
