GPT-6.1 Sol targets agentic coding, computer use and professional work with near-Astra performance. Standard API pricing is $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens—one-fifth of Astra’s rates. Cached input is $0.10 per million tokens, a 95% discount. These rates apply to prompts up to 272K input tokens; longer context and other processing tiers cost more.
Availability
Available through the API and in Work/Codex on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu. It is not yet in regular Chat. OpenCode can use it through OpenAI, subject to account access; this does not mean Go or Zen includes it. Sol Ultrafast is still upcoming.
