OpenAI Help Center Release Notes 2026-09-23: Voice on web/iOS/Android can use account Plugins/connected apps with on-screen text replies; Voice is also in Work (web+mobile) to create docs/decks/sheets by voice and use connected apps or browser; unfinished tasks can continue in text after hanging up. Free/Go may use plan-supported Plugins in Chat; Work Voice needs both Voice and Work access. Existing connections, permissions, and usage limits still apply.
