OpenAI to reopen $200 Pro subscriptions with revised usage accounting

Tibo says new subscriptions to the $200 ChatGPT Pro plan will reopen for DevDay. Under the revised accounting, the included usage will be worth about half as much at API prices as under the previous plan. The five-hour limit will not return. The Help Center still lists new sign-ups as paused; check the subscription page for availability.
