ChatGPT Pro 200: grandfathered allowance ends soon, use what's left before the switch

Reminder: ChatGPT Pro 200 subscribers who qualified for grandfathering (active during OpenAI's stated eligibility window) are about to lose their previous allowance. After the switch, ChatGPT Work and Codex usage drops from 20× to 10× the Plus allowance, and GPT-6 Pro in Chat drops from 200 to 100 messages per week. The price stays at $200/month, and OpenAI says the five-hour limit will not return. Use up your remaining allowance before the switch, then check Settings > Usage for the new limits. The 62,500 transition credits (valued at $2,500) have their own expiry; check them in Settings > Usage too. Only affected users get OpenAI's email; anyone who subscribed after the window has been on the lower allowance all along.
