Moonshot releases the full Kimi K3.1 Pro weights under its own license

Moonshot has put the full weights of Kimi K3.1 Pro on Hugging Face (moonshotai/Kimi-K3.1-Pro, about 1.56 TB, MXFP4 weights). This is the same model already live in Moonshot's products and API, not a new one: a multimodal MoE with 2.8T total and 104B active parameters and a one-million-token context window. The model card recommends vLLM, SGLang or TokenSpeed for serving. The Kimi K3.1 Pro License allows use, fine-tuning, modification and redistribution. A business that runs a model-as-a-service offering and has more than $20M in combined affiliate revenue over 12 months needs a separate agreement with Moonshot before commercial use, and products with over 100M monthly users or $20M in monthly revenue must display "Kimi K3.1-Pro". Internal use, or use through Moonshot's own products and certified inference partners, is exempt from both terms.
