Kling 4.0 Flash is now open to all users on the Kling AI website and through the API. It can also be called through MCP, the CLI and AI plugins, and Kling offers plugins for Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects so you can generate video inside those tools. The post does not give pricing, quotas or plan limits.
