DeepSeek Harness 0.2.2-alpha.3 brings code review and worktrees together

DeepSeek Harness 0.2.2-alpha.3 is a prerelease. Its experimental change-request and worktree feature combines local and pull-request diffs, searchable file navigation, sending selected code and comments to the Agent, and tracking checks and reviews. Users of the standalone worktree plugin must remove @deepseek-ai/dsh-experimental-tool-worktree from dsh.profile.bundles in their profile. Scheduled tasks now share host-level management, and a new apply_patch tool is disabled by default. Read-before-write and external-change checks are disabled by default; sandbox limits and Review remain in place, and profiles can explicitly restore the previous observation policy.
