# Qoder adds Device Connection to run tasks on your other computers over a local network

Both computers need to run Qoder and be on the same local network. Turn on device connections in Settings on the receiving machine and generate an eight-digit pairing code, then enter its address and that code on the other one. After that you can send it tasks, steer them mid-run and preview the results where you are, with no SSH or remote desktop. Personal accounts have to be the same account, and team accounts have to be on the same team. Qoder hasn't said which plans include it.
