OpenAI Help \(GPTs FAQ, updated ~2h ago\): Custom GPTs will be retired in favor of Plugins. Affected Enterprise workspaces are planned for Dec 11, 2026 retirement; existing GPTs remain usable until then. Migration experience targeted around Sep 17, 2026 \(may roll out unevenly\). Other plans expected to follow; watch in-product notices. Personal Free/Go/Plus/Pro can no longer create or publish new GPTs.
