# Codex beta adds composer predictions for Pro users

Codex has introduced composer predictions in beta for Pro users, limited to local tasks in the desktop app. The feature suggests your next message based on your conversation and how you communicate. Press Tab to accept a suggestion, edit it if needed, then send it yourself. Composer predictions can be turned off in Settings. Tibo says the feature is included in Pro plans without consuming usage.
