OpenAI Help Center Release Notes 2026-09-23：Voice 在 web/iOS/Android 支持账户已有 Plugins/互联应用，并可边说边看文字回复；Voice 亦在 Work（web+mobile）可用，可语音创建文档/演示/表格、用互联应用或浏览器；结束通话后未完成任务可转文字继续。Free/Go 可在 Chat 用套餐支持的 Plugins；Work 内 Voice 需同时具备 Voice 与 Work 权限。既有应用连接、权限与用量限制仍适用。
