官方 credits Help（约 17 小时前更新）：达计划内额度后可用 credits 继续 Codex / ChatGPT Work / Excel 等支持功能；Settings→Usage（或 Codex Usage & Billing）查看与购买；可设自动充值。credits 非 API credits，购买后约 12 个月有效。与可购 instant reset、banked reset 机制并存。

- 有效期: 长期有效；未公布固定截止日

Settings→Usage 购买或达限后选 Add credits
