# GitHub Copilot Fusion teams up multiple models on each task, with 30% off for a limited time

Copilot Fusion is now generally available. Choose it in the model picker with Standard, High or Max effort, and Copilot decides for each task whether to use one model or have several work together \(single, cascade or critique\). It merges Project HydraFusion with auto model selection, and anyone using HydraFusion is moved over automatically. In an Artificial Analysis evaluation paid for by GitHub, Fusion Max scored 60, within two points of Claude Code with Opus 5.5 Max, at about half the API cost per task. Each model is billed at its usual rate, and paid plans get 30% off for a limited time. It works on every Copilot plan in VS Code, the Copilot app, Copilot CLI and JetBrains.
