# Claude Managed Agents introduces dynamic workflows in public beta

Claude Managed Agents now offers dynamic workflows in public beta. A lead agent plans work in phases, coordinates multiple agents and combines their results. Developers set the multiagent type to multiagent_20261001 to orchestrate up to 1,000 agents per run. Anthropic advises starting with a narrowly scoped task because workflows can consume many tokens.
