# Claude Code Mods let users customize behavior, the interface and features

Anthropic says users can write Claude Code Mods in TypeScript or ask Claude to create them. Mods ship inside plugins and can be installed with /plugin in the CLI or desktop app to customize behavior, the interface and features.
